A new era in cladding
With FRAGER's patented Magnetude® system for entrance doors, façade cladding can now also be fastened invisibly. The architect has complete freedom in designing aluminium cladding.

The combination of flat aluminium sheets with inset shadow joint, tight inner corner and outer corner solutions, allow for a contemporary and minimalist design.
Façade frames, delivered to size, are screwed to the wall. Then, the embedded aluminium shadow joint, plinth or corner is slid into the facade profile and the next facade frame can be mounted. The aluminium outer plate, also supplied to size, is mounted on the gable frame using magnets.
Wall cladding and sectional doors are thus invisibly attached without glue or silicone.

Which fixing systems are currently used?

Visible screws
Invisible: tongue and groove
mostly for wood, but also for steel and plastic shelves
screw onto tooth and next planchet covers the screw (as for wooden planchettes)
Invisible clip system
horizontal profiles to which vertical alulates are clipped
Invisible: hooks in counter hook
hooks are screwed to the wall and counter hooks are glued to the cladding panels
On-site gluing

Why is Frager Facade a better alternative? The advantages at a glance!

01
Invisible fastening

The invisible mounting ensures an aesthetic and elegant look.

02
Flush lining

Door, garage door and facade: everything can be mounted in the same plane.

03
Dilatation is possible

Like Magnetude®, Frager Facade allows dilation. When gluing or screwing boards, expansion and contraction of the board material is problematic.

04
Time-saving

On-site gluing takes time and everything needs to be secured for a time with tension screws. Moreover, they have to be returned to be removed after drying time. At Frager Facade, none of this.

05
Organisational time savings

Frager Facade can be installed in all weather conditions (gluing requires a temperature of minus 8 degrees and no rain).

06
Replaceable

The Frager Facade panels are replaceable in case of damage.

07
Sustainable in time

Unlike visible screwing or gluing, magnets have no ageing problems.

08
Circular

All components are separately recyclable which is not the case with glued systems. In this way, Frager Facade is always circular in the future too.

09
Design freedom

With Frager Facade, architects enjoy unprecedented design freedom. Creativity without limits.

10
Materials other than aluminium possible
  • aluminium+foil (great for sectional doors),
  • mirrors, glass, copper, brass, burnt wood in mosaic, ceramics, natural stone, plant containers, solar panels full black, LED light: LED embedded in façade profile and exterior panel with openings (a drawing in the façade can be created by light points)
  • lighting can be mounted on any panel (all existing exterior lighting)
  • 24 V wiring always accessible in case of problems!
  • recessed videophone: aesthetic solution - flush-mounted

Creative freedom, undisputed added value
