With our Frager-Forum, we create a unique experience where, under the motto 'learn - see - feel ’, we interactively guide our customers in the right choice of their front door.
This showpiece is aimed at both our professional and private customers. You can visit the forum but only by reservation.

The showroom is full of examples of all the different series.
‘We have completely remodelled our oldest building,’ begins general manager Franck De Munster. Belgian market leader Frager manufactures and supplies a complete range of Frager door panels. ‘In the showroom, we created the Frager Avenue where the visitor encounters all front doors. This way we make visual what we have in store, from traditional to very trendy doors.’
According to De Munster, this diversity is essential. ‘In the past, a limited number of models was actually enough, because buildings looked alike. Now the
differences in architecture are huge and people want a personalised door.’
The new showroom welcomes all of Frager his customer groups. ‘Consumers often bring a photo of their home. Depending on the type of architecture and the customer's wishes, we can recommend matching doors to them.’
According to De Munster, the physical showroom offers a big advantage over a website. ‘Here, our customers can touch the products and get immediate technical explanations.’
The showroom is by no means only consumer-oriented. The large building also has a large meeting room. ‘Window and door manufacturers come there for a factory visit, can meet with us and see the full product range. It is
an added value to see how a product is made and what operations are possible. We also notice that there is a lot of appetite to be back on site after this corona time.’
Besides showroom with meeting space, the Frager Forum is also a training centre.
‘We show the possibilities of our online ordering system and provide information about Frager's unique and patented Magnetude technology for wing-covering doors.’ This involves attaching the door panels via a magnetic principle. ‘We get very good feedback on this. One Dutch customer compared it to light bulbs, because ‘who still buys a light bulb when you know about the LED bulb?’
Indeed, the new system offers just as many advantages. For instance, gluing is no longer necessary and Magnetude technology is also cost-saving, time-saving and aesthetically superior. De Munster: ‘We like to show technicians how we make and install this system. One hour of practical information is actually enough here.’
Project developers and architects are also very welcome. ‘Architects are visually oriented and look for doors that match the architectural style of a building. Exactly what we are good at: doors that emphasise the personalised character of a property.’
And there may also be celebrations in our Forum from time to time. Like here on the 90th birthday of our founder Frans Harinck.
